Here are the documents needed in most bankruptcy cases:

1. Photo ID

2. Proof of Social Security Number

3. Last two (2) years of tax returns

4. Last six (6) months of paystubs

5. Recent bank account statements

6. Vehicle titles

7. Bills for any creditor who may not show up on your credit report
